    I had to check when the fighter Eddie Cotton actually died, apparently in 1990.

    RIP for the ref Eddie. Too trigger-happy for a ref and he blew in Lewis-Tyson, but as a big, strong guy he was able to break clinches and he did good job in Bowe vs Golota 2

    Very understandable mistake. For the record, the only reason I knew otherwise was that the fighter Eddie Cotton twice beat Pekka Kokkonen, who is among the 10 best Finnish fighters ever. Kokkonen died a couple of years ago being in his 80s and Cotton the fighter was older than him
