We have zero way of knowing how Bud does against a skilled counterpuncher with speed. We have Gamboa, who has speed, but never had skill. And we have Postol, who's a skilled counterpuncher, but always lacked speed. Other than those two, Bud's resume is comprised of a bunch of no-hopers, and two British has beens. Kinda pales in comparison to wins over prime Cervantes, prime Palomino, and a faded but still damn good Duran. And shit, even a fringe guy like Pete Ranzany was better than Green Machine, Jeff Horn, and Jose Benavidez. Maurice Hope was better than anyone Bud has faced at welterweight. So yeah, El Radar's resume blows Bud away.
