At 140 Arguello had a ton more experience than Oscar did at that stage. That being said Alexis was well past his best and De La Hoya was a beast at lower weights. Who wins and why?
Oscar might pull it out if its a 12 rounder... in a 15 rounder against Arguello he's fucked. At 130, and 135.... DLH gets his ass whupped.
Arguello became noticeably slower and stiffer with each weight class that he moved up above 130. He still had power at 140, but I think his heavy legs and diminished reflexes would've made him especially vulnerable to an all-around talent like DLH. I'd favor DLH on points.
