Colombia, admittedly, is not nearly as deep in boxing history as Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Panama. In terms of boxing greats, their top 3 is easy: 1. Cervantes Gap 2. Rodrigo Valdez 3. Miguel "Happy" Lora 4-5 is tricky, but maybe Fidel Bassa? Then Maurcio Pastrana? Rafeal Pineda? I'll defer to guys like George, Tin, ect. I mean, Diego Corrales was actually half Colombian, can he count?
He doesn't belong any greatest list but lets give Breidis Prescott a shout for knocking the piss out of A Mere Con.
Sugar Baby Rojas, Bernardo Caraballo, Antonio Herrera, Fidel Bassa and Yonnhy Perez could be among the bottom three. I'd say Bassa and Rojas, making my list: #01. Cervantes #02. Lora #03. Valdez #04. Bassa #05. Rojas
Should I feel ashamed for leaving off Sugar Baby and I just uploaded his win over Laciar less than 24 hours ago? LMAO! Yeah, I'll agree with that ranking. And I could see Lora over Valdez, but I'm gonna keep Rocky at 2.
