From 1991 to all the way up until the AIDS

Does McCall just walk through Tommy's bombs like Mercer and get the KO, or does he get out-boxed like Foreman

Morrison is the way better fighter. He might get hurt but he'd win the rounds.

Similar sort of to Mercer, Morrison has a good start but can’t finish the iron-chinned McCall, and gets stopped later.

If Frank Bruno can beat McCall, wouldn't Morrison?

I think a potential key difference between Mercer and McCall is that Mercer put a lot of pressure on Tommy even as he was being outboxed, whereas McCall had a tendency to lay back and try to lure an opponent into a big right hand. The scenario of McCall getting a late, come-from-behind stoppage is still a viable one, but I think Morrison would have a better shot of staying the course and boxing his way to a decision than he did against Mercer.
