In theory, Mancini could drown Rosario late. But would he last long enough? My guess would be no, but its not impossible. Not likely though, Mancini was just too wide open for a puncher like Chap.
Mancini couldn't beat Rosario if he had a tag team partner. Unless his tag team partner was Ramirez but, if Mancini was first in, he would have to tag out right lively. Mancini wouldn't go 4 with Rosario.
