Two sixties legends; top five/six in their respective division, which happen to among the strongest ever; both so dominant that they can be monotonously boring; both extremely workmanlike in their application.

    Who's greater, and who's better?

    I'd shade Griffith as greater.

Carlos IMO was a better fighter though. Certainly Ortiz was more naturally talented. Griffith had to work hard at things, whereas Ortiz was more of a natural.

What would you pay to watch them fight?
Being a mythical matchup, both of them being the same size, etc....
What would you pay to watch that fight?

I think Griffith was the greater physical talent whereas Ortiz was the more intuitive fighter, if that makes sense.

50 cents, a bottle of bourbon, some cigarettes and a sponsored pack of Gillette razors would be my starting offer
