De Jesus the classier fighter but even though the fights were at 140, I think his losses to Cervantes and Mamby (particularly the nature of them) show that he did have a weakness in trying to solve taller guys with range on him. He's giving up quite a lot of height and reach to Bramble here. That said, a similarly-sized guy to De Jesus in Mancini gave Bramble absolute hell twice, and Bramble often got sucked into fighting a fight which suited his opponent and didn't make use of his dimensions. I'd see De Jesus keeping a cooler head in the in-close exchanges and landing the more effective shots and winning a decision as Bramble was prone to fighting in spurts and having to take breathers.
