Who wins? Its a shame we gotta speculate about a matchup like this. It could have happened if Finito wanted to test himself. I think Arbachakov was all wrong for Lopez, and would take a UD.
It's a match up I too would have loved to see between too classy boxer-punchers. I would think that Arbachakov's size and power would have been enough to beat Lopez by decision. I can also see him hurting and dropping Lopez as well.
