I feel it ought to be widely known that there have been three UK wide tournaments sanctioned by both the Scottish & English FA; The British League Cup in 1909, The Empire Exhibition Cup in 1938 & the Coronation Cup in 1953.

There has only been one winner.

I just watched this old match it its entirety - great game! Played at an extremely high level with three all time greats out there (Eusebio, Charlton, and Best).

Few observations:

1. Eusebio doesn't score, but you can still see how amazing a player he was. Ridiculous burst of speed of him, and great ball control. He should have scored 2-3 goals in this game, but the Man U goalkeeping was superb.

2. Bobby Charlton was a such a great game general, and ice in veins in front of goal. Superb player.

3. George Best was fucking amazing. So far better than anyone currently on Man U that it's not even funny. They sure could use him right now.
