The elite of the elite guys in the history of 130 are the likes of Floyd, Arguello, Chavez, Elorde, Pac, Nelson, Camacho.

Hernandez and Mitchell weren't on the level of those guys, but they were both excellent technicians nonetheless. Who wins?

I am a huge Genaro Hernandez fan; he is a legend for being one of the best people you could ever meet, in addition to being a pretty good fighter. So I am inclined to want him to win, and I think that he would.
But one of the realities of a Genaro Hernandez fight was the fact that he had bad hands. You could see it in many of his fights; he would come out punching sharply, especially to the body, and then he would start moving and there would be nothing on his punches. If his hands hold up I think that he will beat Mitchell. I think that he hits hard enough to keep Mitchell from pressing recklessly and that he would pick him apart for a clear decision. But if his hands go, and he isn't making Mitchell think first, I don't know if he can move and slap his way to a victory. Mitchell was a solid pro, one of those guys that didn't excel at anything but was good at everything.
