Lopez has a puncher's chances, but Starling is the much safer bet. Most likely, he schools Lopez to a clear UD.
Yeah, I don't think Lopez is the type that Starling would sleepwalk against, he tended to show up and have the bit between his teeth against the puncher-boxer types. Tight, responsible and focused defensively while looking to frequently work and counter at mid range with a bit of bullying disdain and spite in his punches. Only the very historical elite welters would beat him imo when he was in that type of mood and mindset, and Lopez, very good though he was, is a bit shy of that level imo. Starling by competitive decision in an excellent fight I'd say.
