    Yeah, I’m not looking for silly fun in my superhero movies. If anything I wish they all went the opposite direction and took themselves a lot more seriously ala The Dark Knight. Waste of a property right if you asked me. Fortunately we have the Black Adam movie which looks like a more serious take on the series.

    I used to think the same thing about Thor. They also did it with Wonder Woman. So if they could do it with those two properties they can do it with anything.

    The name Shazam alone... you couldn't make this a serious movie if you tried.... "So when that mugger pulled out that gun and that night in that dark alley pulled that trigger.. he not only took away my parents.... he made me into someone who will not rest until vengeance is mine... he made me into..... Shazam"
