Which is the best way to go?

Pay off the judges (Professionals who regularly take payments im sure so the risk of them talking basically non-existent. However the fight might end in a stoppage so if you really need your guy to win not the route to go)

Pay off the Ref (He can DQ the other guy. He can call an early stoppage. He can even enforce the rules which will greatly benefit your guy. Hi Roy.)

Pay off the other fighter (Not too many fighters especially good ones will throw away their careers for a quick buck. There are some im sure Hello Kovalev. However this would mostly apply to low level professional heavy bags. The boxers with egos talk to much and will expose you especially if they didn't take your offer. Very risky.)

Pay off the other fighter's corner
(So they can throw in the towel when the going gets tough. Hi Wilder. Very hard to achieve. Would have to be some piece of work trainer but definitely possible)

How about the old tried and true take a dive? Fixing the fight to win is fraught with risk. Losing is a piece of cake.

Pay your opponent to show up late the night of the fight, to the point it gets jeopardized and nearly cancelled. Then have said cowards eyes nearly pop out of his head after he gets hit with the first meaningful punch

Then have a Black British Jamaican say he's taking out all of boxing's misfits.

How about that time Wilder fought his trainer? Do you think Scott took a dive because he didn't wanna be there or because he was paid off? I personally think it's the former however it makes no sense either that this dumbass would amass a 36-1 record to just throw it all away...

Find a fight that's surely going to go the distance and one of the guys is a huge favorite. Pay the judges to score it for the underdog.

I don't think fighter pay offs really occur that much anymore. If they do, it's very rare. They were common in the old days when the Jewish and Italian mafia ran boxing, but I doubt it's common nowadays.

Appointing corrupt judges to show the house fighter favoritism? Now that DEFINITELY still takes place!

I don't know anything about how gambling works bit surely in order to fix a fight where bribery is involved the payout would have to be significant enough to cover the cost of the bribes with a lot left over.

If someone put a massive wager on a real long shot and then it was clear something rotten occurred can the casino withhold the payout or is that unheard of?

House fighter refs are also still a thing.

Like the crook who saved Bute in the first Andrade fight, and the crook who saved Hatton when Lazcano had him out on his feet.

98% of all boxing matches are fixed by the match making. Just about every time, everyone involved understands that. If one of the parties does not, and everybody is concious and upright when the fight ends, the judges are paid by the promoter and they know who he promotes.
I heard a member of the IBHoF tell a fighter " sorry we had to screw you twice." The fighter said it was ok, he was paid well.

Boxing and Horse Racing are two sports you can legally fix the result of. Same with F1 , if you call that sport.

All of the major sports leagues can predetermine outcomes and it would be legal.
