    This fight could have happened sometime in the late 90s while they were both champs at lightweight. How do you think this could have gone had Mosley and Nazarov fought around that time? I think this would have been a dangerous fight for both guys IMO.

    Mosley would go on Steve Kim's local radio show here all the time calling gussie nazorov out

    Guaranteed he woulda took that fight. His track record tells you all you need to know

    I definitely remember after one Mosley fight (maybe Molina?) Where Shane said: "Stevie Johnston and Orzubek Nazarov, I'm right here!"

    To answer the question, Shane would have been too much for Gussie. There's levels. Nazarov was a very good lightweight. Mosley was a special lightweight.

    I saw him fight Paulino Gonzalez at the Forum, on the undercard of a show headlined by Too Sharp and Paul Banke- I had to boxrec that because he had 2 2nd round kos in a row at the Forum- from the 3rd row ringside. When he started popping his jab in the 2nd round and letting his hands go, he was a force.
