How do you see this bruising fight go at super featherweight? Is Corrales’ power too much or could Lockridge give him hell similar to that as Castillo?
Lockridge wouldn't be an easy fight for Chico, but Corrales' firepower and accuracy wears Lockridge down.
Corrales would be too big and strong and hit to hard. In his era, as a junior lightweight, Corrales was able to enter the ring as a welterweight.
Like Juan LaPorte, Chico Corrales Eventually Lands a SHORT, Crisp Counter Right Hook Which ENDS Rocky Lockridge... Maybe Not in Round 2, But Eventually... REED
Lockridge was clearly a better and more skilled fighter in a p4p sense and I doubt Corrales would even be able to make 130 same day. Next day weigh in he's possibly too big for Lockridge but the gap in pedigree should keep it interesting.
I don't think Lockridge was better or more skilled than Chico. Chico was certainly more talented offensively.
