I'm hardly a physician buttttttttt... hypothetically, let's say there's a headbutt. Morrison's eye is cut, and so is his opponents. They get into another clinch and their wounds meet...

Yeah, I wouldn't take the chance. Playing with Magic Johnson is one thing, because open, bleeding wounds are rare in the NBA. In our business, guys bleed literally every goddamn fight.

    It is still almost impossible.

You mainly get the HIV from sex because it remains inside the body long enough (through semen). Touching blood is not enough. That's the same reason a male hardly ever gets HIV from sex with a woman, the chances for that are like 1:1000

Even so, I still wouldn't like to take the risk, but there were grounds for letting him fight

It was In a SHIT State w/a SHIT Boxing Commission; West Virginia or Some Other Backwoods Ass State…

The SPECTACLE Of “Tommy Morrisson Fighting Whilst HIV Positive” Was Enough to Justify Any Backlash in Their Opinion…

No REPUTABLE Boxing Commission Got Anywhere Close to Licensing Morrisson Again, However…

I wonder if he went crazy from brain damage from boxing, or too many drugs. Or maybe just kind of crazy & dumb to begin with.

I think it was drugs and mental illness. Anytime he spoke, I didn't get the feeling he was suffering from CTE. I just think he wasn't all there in the head, and his drug addiction probably drove him further and further over the edge.

Lol, it's so true! On a side note Holyfield would always thank God after winning his fights. As if God's up there in the clouds, playing bookie and giving out sports predictions like some divine loan shark!
