Assuming Spence would be just as effective at 154 as he was at 147, I’d lean towards Norris. Terry was inconsistent and didn’t always fight smart, so it’s Spence isn’t without chance. But you have to favor Norris with his combination of skill, speed, and power. He would be hitting Spence with speed and precision that he hasn’t dealt with before.
