    What a fight!
Unbelievable how so many have never seen it.
Coulda very easily been a quick few second KO for Bert(RIP)…but O’Neil gave Moorer a break.
How Moorer came back like he did was the shit movies are made about.

Is this better than Ezra Sellars vs Alex Stewart?

    Underrated Heavyweight Slugfest...

For 2-3 Rounds, "Smokin' " Bert Cooper was Absolute HELL to Deal w/, for Just About ANYBODY...Excellent Heavyweight GATEKEEPER of the Early 90's, a Certified LITMUS TEST...

    Yes...

The Action in Moorer-Cooper is MUCH More Immediate and War was Waged @ a Higher Quality, in REED's Opinion...Moorer was Undefeated, Still Fairly NEW to the Heavyweight Division & Cooper Had Recently Flirted w/STOPPING Holyfield for the Undisputed Title...

Whereas Stewart was Completely SHOT in that Aged, STIFF Legged Veteran Way...Stewart-Sellers was Entertaining ONCE They Warmed Up a Bit, But the Action was SLOPPIER...

REED Thinks Moorer-Cooper is the BETTER, More REWATCHABLE Bout...

There were a lot of entertaining HW fights in the early 90s, and Moorer-Cooper was definitely one of the best, if not #1. The first round was wild with the KDs and then Moorer got dropped a couple rounds later before rallying to win.

    Holyfield-Bowe trilogy
    Holyfield-Cooper
    Holyfield-Foreman
    Moorer-Stewart
    Foreman-Stewart
    Mercer-Cooper
    Bowe-Coetzer
    Tyson-Ruddock 1-2
    Morrison-Hipp
    Morrison-Williams

This was back in the days of the illegal scramblers so
I remember watching on TVKO for free.

I disagree that Cooper-Moore is underrated, it's always mentionned when talking about the greatest he suggests.

A real hidden gem is Berbick vs Snipes. Maybe amongst the top 10 brawls of the division, yet never gets talked about

Ruddock-Morrison definitely belongs on the list. Just a wild, wild brawl. My favorite Morisson fight (even though I feel he was lucky the ref stopped it).

I was just watching that a few days ago.

Ruddock looked like he was dead when Tommy landed that left hook, then somehow got up a couple seconds later.

Seems like snipes never existed. Nobody ever talk about him

The unfettered IV anabolic steroid use of the 80’s/90’s made for some stellar fights lol

Bert Cooper is one of my favorite 'B' level heavyweights. In many a good fight.

I loved when he beat up that bare knuckle bozo.

Granted Cooper was probably well past his best at that time but still, if you were a hard man guvnor type of fighter, the last thing you'd want to face is a guy who in his peak was known for coming out all guns blazing for the first three or four rounds
