That's the thing with Lopez, and he was my childhood idol. I idolized him until I went to a gym and tried to fight like him. All of the best fighters, and even a bunch of the guys that weren't the best, would pick him apart. There is a pretty long list of guys that picked him apart until he hit them with a right hand. He always has the equalizer but it doesn't make sense to pick him against the majority of champions at the weight class.
