His mother thought that she was doing him a favor by making him a 'social media star' by the time he was 18, and it did him some favors financially. But it turned him into a pathetic attention whore.
It must have been some powerful performance enhancing dope that he was doing because it made Haney forget how to block left hooks. Since the result has been changed i am sure that he has suddenly remembered how to do something that he should have learned in the middle of his third week in a boxing gym.

 

Well according to Ryan he bet his purse money on himself to win…so he made $9-10 million on that bet…

plus this year ban is only in the States? Can his majesty offer Ryan the bag to fight Teo in the Middle East?

Everyone involved knows/knew BEFORE they fought. Had Haney won noone would've heard about it.

I know it's not commonly discussed on many boards (possibly due to libel?) But the majority of these guys are on steroids. Haney knows Garcia is, Garcia knows Haney is...and it is all politicking after the fact.

One guy just got banned and his result overturned, but all the big heavyweight fights recently (Fury, ngannou, joshua) are all between guys who have been caught and/or are obvious PED users.

The biggest star in boxing Canelo had one run in his career where he looked elite. Popped, almost popped again, went up a bunch of weight classes. Does anyone think he is clean?

Don't forget Thomas Hearns took a little extra money for SRL rematch, and was refusing to fight without drug test and publicly stated that he knew Ray Leonard had been using steroids... Noone cares, noone denigrates Ray's legacy due to this, etc.
