I'd actually take Norris. Beating up welters was his speciality.

Norris might have a couple of scares but he handles Starling.

 

Norris most likely outworks Starling and wins a decision. Unless he gets a little too hot headed and manages to get himself DQ’d.

Norris would beat him.
Even if Starling landed a good punch and hurt Norris he would find a way to mess it up. Can you picture Marlon landing a big right hand, then spending the next four rounds stomping his feet and making faces at Norris until Terry recovered?

 

Norris by UD, or Starling by DQ. Norris losing by DQ should always be an option in a mythical matchup.

I think Starling would spend quite a lot of time behind his shell, and Norris would outwork him. He would get a lot of shots blocked, but some would get through.
