I’ve noticed it’s a Gen Z thing to say stuff like that simply because they aren’t familiar with the artist. Ma$e wasn’t my cup of tea but you cannot deny how huge he was in 1997-98.

Ma$e might be alot of things, but a failed rapper he was not.

I believe Tank is the kind of fighter who rises to the occasion based on the caliber of his opponent. A fight between Shakur and Tank would be a major event (much bigger than Frank vs Davis) and I can see Tank getting highly motivated for that. He would likely aim to make a statement against Shakur. No matter what you think of Tank he has a mean streak in him and if Shakur pushes tye issue I think Tank will put an end to it decisively. After De lo Santos no way I would pick Shakur against Tank. Too much bitch in him.

Even as we Reassess 'Fimo's Power Post-Claggett, He Punches CONSIDERABLY Harder than Shakur Does...Night and Day...

While it Would've Been Interesting to See How SUCCESSFUL Claggett Could've Been @ Smothering Shakur, REED Highly DOUBTS Shakur Stops Him...Perhaps a Fluky, Outside Chance of a Bodyshot Stoppage (ala Tapia-Soto), Which Appear to Be the "Hardest" Blows in Shakur's Arsenal, in REED's Opinion...

Shakur Would've 10-2'ed Claggett Though...9-3 WORST Case Scenario...A LESS Boring Fight than Shakur-Artem Was, Based on Claggett's Commitment...

If I were a betting man, I'd say that the Rev and Mr. Sean Combs diddled together in the 90s.

Mase was still a star though, that was my only point.

Mason, Moton and Keyshawn Davis looked better because of the opposition they faced, too. cant overlook that

who wins, Stevenson vs peak Edwin Rosario?

    Rosario brutally fucks Stevenson up.

I don't believe in Keyshawn Davis at all. He's average. Shakur would beat Keyshawn.

Shakur still looks big at 135. I think he'd be fine at 140.

Cam's witty line aside, I think Shakur would outbox Teofimo.

I’d take Shakur over Teo, but Teo has a chance.

Shakur isn't the "future of boxing." If I'm honest the kid got skills no doubt. But lately watching his fights feels like a cure for insomnia. In his last fight people were literally walking out. Not exactly the reaction you'd expect for a "star" in the making. Tim Bradley recently posted a video where he bluntly said that Shakur isn't going to be the future of boxing. And honestly I agree. His marketability is plummeting. It's not just one fight either. His last few performances have been snooze-fests. When people go to a boxing match and pay good money they want excitement, they want action. What we get instead is Shakur playing it safe dancing around the ring like he's auditioning for dancing with the stars. I know he's got his fans and I get it his technical prowess is something to admire. But let's not kid ourselves. Being the "face of boxing" means more than just winning fights. It's about putting on a show and right now...Shakur's show is like watching paint dry.

Shakur will never be a KO artist. But he’s not gonna be easy to beat. His ability to defend and counter in the pocket to the head and body is not gonna be an easy code to crack.

He will never be a fan favorite. But it’s too late for that now after the past year of his antics on social media and in the ring.

Gonna be hard for him to get the big fights.

Shakur is not making himself into a mainstream star with his recent performances, no doubt about it. Once upon a time, Floyd was getting criticized left and right for being boring too (especially after his stint at lw) , so I guess it's not completely hopeless. Jr lightweight Floyd obviously had a lot more firepower than Shakur, who hasn't produced ko consistently even against very limited opposition. But when Floyd made it big, he was a notorious 12-0 machine.

Delahoya already said zepeda won't fight him unless Stevenson signs a multi fight deal with GB. Zepeda is ranked 1 by all 4 sanctioning bodies
