Loma is almost out... Tank doesn't want to fight anyone... Shakur look sus in his last fight.... Is Andy Cruz the future of the 135 and 140...??
Guys rarely recover from the type of beating and KO that Berchelt suffered from Valdez. No defense guys like him reply on having a solid chin. Once that chin is cracked, they're done.
Mason wrecked Lebron on saturday and returns in Canadia on August 17th vs Agustin Ezequiel Quintana (19-2-1 13KOs) on the undercard of Mbilli vs Derevyanchenko.
We have… Tank Shakur Loma Zepeda Muratalla Berenchyk Keyshawn Cruz Martin Chamberlain Abdullaev Not too bad of a list of current LWs that can potentially make some good matchmaking.
...and he was Winning the Tank Fight @ the Time of the Stoppage...Tank's Found Himself TRAILING Hand Picked Guys, Yet Some are Sipping the Kool-Aid like He's Unbeatable... REED
He was losing on the cards when he was stopped. Don't recall exactly how I had it but IIRC it was about even going in the 6th. I don't think that's a huge accomplishment vs a slow starter like Tank (though I agree on your point that Tank is far from unbeatable).
REED Wasn't Referencing it as any Sort of Accomplishment or Feather in Rollie's Cap..It's an INDICTMENT On Tank That a So-Called "Lb for Lb Caliber Fighter" was "Even" @ BEST w/a Rolly Caliber Fighter, After 6 Rounds... Shameful, in Fact...Rolly???... Tank is a Bit Similar to Wilder in that the WAY He Performs is Glossed Over by the Fact he KO's Everyone...Rolly was Yet Another Highlight Reel KO, yet Everything UP to the KO Itself was Subpar from Tank.... Especially for a Serial Cherrypicker, it Says a LOT That Tank LOSES More Rounds Than Probably Any Other Perennial Lb for Lb'der, Currently... REED
While Tank being down on the cards against Rolly can't be span as good, I tend to think it's more to do with his pedestrian style and confidence in being able to KO Rolly IMO. If Davis wanted to be up on the cards vs Rolly, I think he could've been if he'd put the effort in.
Agreed ^ Davis knew he was in with an inferior scrub and was just biding his time in hopes of a HL reel ko
I agree with MOST of what you're saying, only I wouldn't compare Tank to Wilder. Wilder can't fight to save his life. Can only punch. Davis is an asshole, but the MF has elite skills and a high ring IQ. He's about more than power. Tank has also beaten several decent fighters, whereas if you remove old man Ortiz, Wilder did absolutely nothing in his career in terms of decent wins. I think it's gonna be a lot harder to beat Tank than it was to beat Wilder, because Tank has way more tools and talent. I'd also add that Tank has a far better chin than Wilder.
