Talking about a Golota that doesn't implode is like discussing a Terry Norris with an iron chin, or a Haney with power. It doesn't exist, so no sense dwelling on it.
For the sake of argument, even IFFFFFFF Golota was mentally strong, he still didn't have the tools to beat Tyson. He was too stiff and straight up, and more importantly, he never knew how to clinch when hurt or to blunt an attack. So even if you take Golota at his absolute apex and bless him with mental strength, and you match him with any version of a prime Tyson, Mike still wins 10/10.
Plus Golota was very intimidated by Tyson Probably grew up watching him... as he didn't seem at all intimidated by Bowe
I remember watching Golata for the first time on HBO. Night of the Heavyweights he won,..against a Darnell guy who sucked. Nichols maybe. and we were all shocked that Golata beat the fuck out of Bowe twice…:but discombobulated both times. A weird and goofy guy who had ability
Funny thing Golota was on the Conan O'Brien show the day after the first Bowe fight. With his broken English anxiety and concussed from previous nights punches and cell phone shots.... not sure how tf this came about and whose idea it was.... very weird
What a fuckin weirdo Golota is, something wrong with the guy. Clearly not somebody that can be trusted.
