Fuck. I didn't even know it was this weekend. Nah, I'll pass. I ordered Tank's last fight because Martin is a decent fighter. Roach is garbage. My patience for Tank is gone. I'm not ordering another Tank PPV unless the opponent is Shakur, Keyshawn, Loma, Rayo, Teo, Haney.
I'm still not ordering. I don't see any chance of Roach winning. I've ordered quite a few Davis PPVs over the years, but no more. Not interested unless he's fighting one of the guys i listed.
Culturally Speaking, Lamont Roach is the Type of Brother you WANT to See Rewarded w/a High Profile Fight/Payday as Such...But On Some BOXING Shit, You Have to Get CREATIVE AF to Justify Him as a PPV Main Event for Tank Davis... It's a Bullshit Fight... REED
Poor Job of Matchmaking if the Goal is for Rayo to MAINTAIN his Newly Acquired Title...REED Ain't Even Terribly High on Gary Antuane, yet Thinks He's WRONG for Rayo, Stylistically... There's a PHYSICALITY to Gary Antuane, Beyond Just Punches, That Should Keep Rayo UNCOMFORTABLE... REED
Last Tank PPV REED Ordered was the Ry Guy Fight...Granted, REED Doesn't Miss Tank Fights, But He Ain't PAYING for Any More of Them... REED Doesn't Rank Tank Lb for Lb Anymore Either...Dude Ain't TRYING, So REED Won't Bother... REED
The 30-year-old prospect. Hard to compare Stank to any past era. If Floyd, Castillo, Corrales, Casamayor were around at 130-135 in this era, Stank would have ducked every single one of em.
Yep, Tank Would Be a Weight Drained '26 Pounder if Those Dudes were Still Around... Worst Part About Tank & His Fans is They Expect his Lack of Ambition to Be REWARDED w/Lb for Lb and "All Time Great" Accolades...Can't Have it BOTH Ways Though.... REED
Casual Tank fans are routinely spotted on social media saying that Tank would have KO'd Duran and Chavez. They think his only challenge in history would have been Floyd.
Last few cards I used a beautiful stream only had to refresh once or twice throughout the night.... So no i won't be ordering it....but I'll watch.
Davis is a TINY lightweight. It's remarkable he scored a ko victory over the current welterweight champ barrios
If Tank retired right now, I would consider Barrios his best win. Imagine that? Mario fucking Barrios is your defining win.
Edwin Valero was a lights out hitter with a thin resume similar to Tank. Difference is i don't think Valero would have pulled all these duck jobs even though he was a piece of shit outside the ring.
Yeah, i don't think you'd see Tank fight Bradley. Would be a pretty bad style matchup for him and Tim wasn't likely to get knocked cold by a single shot.
