It's about time he hangs em up. He's been shot for years. He had a solid career, but a surprisingly brief prime. He was never the same after J-Rock beat him. Anyway, I wish him well in retirement. He's a good dude.

Hurd’s style has always been extremely flawed and too crude to take him far. Relied too much on his size, workrate, and chin to get through. But with that said he was undoubtedly fun to watch. His fight with Lara was incredible and one of the very few times where Lara was exciting to watch besides the Ángulo fight. Hope he has enough money in the bank to retire comfortably. Enjoy retirement champ.
they said on the amazon pre lim telecast that he owns a gym. say what you will for haymon as far as not making the fights fans wanted to see, but alot of his guys were well compensated and taken care of for the rest of their lives.
