Forrest should be the favorite, but I wouldn't pick him with 100% confidence. Breland's a live underdog in this one. The safer bet is on Forrest though.
I think Breland was supremely talented, but lacked the intangibles. Forrest has better power and I do think he can seriously hurt Breland when he lands his right hand. Forrest via UD or possible late stoppage.
Forrest wins but I think Breland edges him in power especially with the right hand. Sadly his chin usually failed him even when he had his opponents hurt.
