It's a fair shout. I do wonder if he could still have been outworked with a granite chin when he went downhill though, or whether he was forever spooked by the Tarver II KO.

Behind Jones, I would say Wilfredo Gomez. Give Gomez a granite chin and I think he's close to Duran-tier. He had every single tool in the book besides a great chin.
Even with a great chin Terry Norris would be no GOAT. He didn't have the highest ring IQ, his defense was leaky, and he lacked impulse control.
