Netflix has enough money and power that they knew all along criminal charges would be coming for Davis. The cops no doubt told them confidentially that the evidence and likely charges were damning. Thats why they backed away from the Paul fight.

He tried to pull the girl into his car, and if he had succeeded in doing so, that's a first degree kidnapping charge and he'd be facing 25 years.

I highly highly doubt he's getting that much time, but I would surmise he's going away for AT LEAST 4 years. Maybe even more.

He's 100% dependent on his physical traits, by time he's out of prison his athleticism will be gone.

Hard to tell without seeing the video, but by the description given, it seems to be not much. I know the judiciary system is much harsher in the US than in Canada, but here, i doubt he would get more than a few months for that.

Attempted kidnapping is a big deal as is false imprisonment, but it’s Tank’s priors that are gonna get him locked up, imo.
