In a 9-page ruling issued in US District Court in Nevada on Friday, the court granted Golden Boy's motion for an emergency temporary restraining order preventing Vergil Ortiz specifically from making the Ennis fight, at least until there's a hearing Feb. 20. I imagine DAZN will have something to say to GB before that hearing takes place & doubt the March 14 card GB has been planning with DAZN & hoped to have announced Friday -- Barboza-Simms, Collazo-Jerusalem 105 unification, Gabriela Fundora defense -- will move forward until this issue is sorted out. Quite the mess. #boxing

seems the boxing media thinks ortiz will be free of fishnets friday, so that bodes well for the ennis fight happening, even if not in april.
