......has Tessitore, Kellerman and Ward as the announcing team. Now they just need some good fights. Although Valenzuela vs. Torres from Feb 1 is pretty fucking good so far.
Gonna Take 1, Maybe 2 Olympic Classes for Zuffa to Genuinely IMPACT Boxing, in REED's Opinion... REED
Maybe if they snag Olympians from all over the world. You really think they can build a legit roster with US Olympians?
Yes, Similar to How Top Rank's Done It...No, a Legit Roster Could NOT Be Built Off US Olympians Exclusively... REED
Good matchups on these cards. Can already see the greater authenticity of just putting on good fights, as opposed to trying to materialize stars.
Would you agree with max shillerman that ajagba is perhaps the greatest/biggest puncher in the world?
The matchups don't insult my intelligence and are good enough that Kellerman is tolerable. It makes you realize how absurd the mismatches are that are on typical undercards.
Well Eddie Hearn is certainly a reliable source on this topic. Wouldn't expect anything but an objective take from him on his competitor's product. Matchroom has the bigger names for now but he plays the same game TR plays. And as a result, his fights (especially the non-main events) are virtually pointless.
. @ConorNigel signs with @Zuffa_Boxing; per source, it's a 1-fight, eight-figure deal to fight this spring in the U.K.; marks end of long run with Matchroom Boxing. Read my story & sign up for my #boxing newsletter: danrafael.substack.com/p/conor-benn-s… @danawhite
i couldnt make it through watching those mediocre YTs. fight was kinda euro imo bronco lara turnt the guy into josh peaceington. double got high standards. Romero just beat the guy headlining tonights ppv, in commanding fashion at that. yet he isnt a suitable foe for benn's first world title shot?!

Objectively speaking, I hope you understand that England's Spurs are about 1000x bigger on a global scale that San Antonio. And much older... Fuck globally -- I'm positive theres more Tottenham fans in the US than there are San Antonio Spurs fans. No one gives flying fuck about that boring ass franchise that founded load management outside of their obese city. BTW -- current NBA is the softest and gayest fuckin league on Earth. Only fags are basketball players at this point. There's more contact in soccer than 2026 basketball. That is a fact.
Honest to Christ there are far more American kids walking around nowadays wearing soccer kits than NBA jerseys. The former is now common to see. The latter is rare. That fuckin homo Silver and Queen James have succeeded in completely killing the product that Stern and MJ built. Congrats, losers. When MJ retired in 98, b-ball was the second biggest global sport. Ole Diddy James will have retired leaving the sport in a much worse place than when he started. If a Premier League game came to LA this weekend it would outsell the Fakers by leaps and bounds. NBA is dying, Neil.
Point remains that people aint watching like they used to. Theres no league where there are alllllll cons, but at this point the NBA cons far outstrip the pros. People dont wanna watch 2,000 threes chucked every game. They dont wanna watch zero contact and piss poor defensive effort. They dont wanna watch 175 point blowout games. They dont wanna watch stars sitting out 15-20 games per year and still whining that back-to-backs are too much. The American public is just over it.
