Self explanatory. What would say are the five best peaks in boxing history?

    I would say, in order:

    1. Mid-40s-to-early 50s Robinson
    2. Mid-to-late 70s Duran
    3. Mid-to-late 90s Jones
    4. Mid-60s Ali
    5. Early-80s Leonard

True. Maybe 5 honorable mentions then.

    My 5 HMs would be:

    Late 30s/early 40s Louis
    Mid-to-late 40s Charles
    Early-to-mid 70s Monzon
    Early-to-mid 80s Hagler
    Late 80s/early 90s Whitaker

A bit off topic, but how was ali patterson viewed? Yeah Floyd reputation was probably way down after rhe 2 listons destructions, but he reeled a few good wins afterwards

I'd have to say George Foreman..... 2 losses, one of them to The Greatest and other one a disputed loss to a spoiler. Beat Frazier twice, Norton, Wepner, LeDoux, Lyle, Chuvalo.

Also regards Foreman:- Ali absolutely ducked him afterwards. Guy was fighting Richard Dunn and some guy called The Lion of Flanders rather than rematch Foreman.

I believe that had Ali not been banned he'd have have likely been far less fresh than he was by 1974.
