It’s been 30 years since Kelley’s first thrilling bout against Derrick Gainer and I figured he needed his own appreciation thread. Kelley is mostly famous for his fight against Naseem Hamed but he’s been in a ton of wars prior to that fight. The Flushing Flash was certainly a talented southpaw with good speed and a ton of heart who welcomed a war. Very underrated warrior and perhaps the most exciting fighter of the 90s.
