Valero was a POS of a human.

but he was quick handed,..powerful and seemed to have a good chin.

Mancini mauls Valero and stops him. Valero was basura.

 

Mancini’s defense wasn’t the best.
He was bigger and stronger than Valero.

Valero had better handspeed and angles.
I’d say Mancini,….in a war.
He would be busted up though

 

Valero was a bum. He wouldn't beat JL Ramirez or Ernesto Espana let alone Mancini.
