Damm , I have been so so busy at work ...

Anyway , I have doing about the same shit with my diet and workout.
I have been drinking beer , eating what I want etc .... Ofcourse this was all part of the plan - you know , don't give up the good life and still get into good shape .....
Its all about "how much" you do and "when" you do it .....
Unless you are completely fucked with a medical condition or a fucked metabolism , there is no need to change your life. Just re-arrange it a little bit and workout !

Total loss of 15 1/2 pounds so far ...

    WEIGHT - 195

    I haven't taken any recent ones ....

I'll see if I can dig up my fattest pic and then my thinest pic :jester:

The one thing I'm most angry about is the 2 separate times in my life when I was in the best shape , I don't have any pictures with my shirt off ...:pissed:

Once when I was 21 completely shredded and ripped and another time when I was 24 and was even more muscular and ripped ...
Oh well , can't go back in time ...

    I'm still bouncing between 195 & 195 1/2 ....
I was wishing to be 193 or 194 by now but , it hasn't happend.
I'm looking good though in the muscle department. I'm thinking I might be stuck because I'm transfering weight from fat to muscle ... :nixweiss:

    Anyway , WEIGHT 195 ...

    WEIGHT : 193

Yeah , I'm still going - well at my own pace anyway ...

I think I would be 192 but , I was away for a whole week for my job and I missed the gym and was eating shit like bagels with cream cheese for breakfast ...

I'm back now though and still lost a pound :sportif3: :sportif3:

    Weight 195

I was going real good up until about 3 weeks ago. I was up to 198 but leaner then ever ... I had to take one week off because of work and then the very next week I got sick for awhile ... Now nearly 3 weeks later I'm back. I'm 195. I'm still muscle building at the moment but I will start stripping some more weight very soon .
For me its hard to strip weight when there is snow on the ground and its like 15 degrees ..

I'm really ripped now and still putting up the same amount of weight in the gym.
I'm really shooting for a really lean look. It's been a long time since I was really truely ripped with that shredded look ...

    DAMM - WEIGHT 180 !

It's been over a year since I started this thread.

I was 211lbs (not fat looking) Now I'm down to a completey ripped the fuck up 180 pounds of pure lean hard rock muscle.
    A total loss of 31lbs.

I'm even thinking I could get down to maybe 178 or something.
Though I look much bigger. People guess me at over 190lbs.
I'm just going to maintain from here on out.
If I can lose another 2 maybe 3lbs , then that will fine.

    WAR CYC ! :warning:

Great stuff CYC, congratulations. I wish I had your resolve. I need to lose weight but I'm a lazy fucker... I try to do about 30 minutes of cardio each day but I cheat too often... I think I need a good slap in the face.

It's all in your mind. Just do it man.
    You can do it !

I'm working out 2 times per day right now. I'm married with a baby and work full time.
If I can go 2 times 5 days a week and 1 time on the 6th day , you can start working out once a day.

If you start now , you will be a completely ripped power house for this upcoming summer !!

I think you should dip under 175 to receive consideration for Roy's next tune-up fight.

Seriously speaking , if I really had that kind of opportunity , I would jump on it just to say I did it.
If I didn't do it , I would regret it for the rest of my life.
