Is the event being shown on PPV live from Japan? Or is it tape delay?

    Sakuraba vs Yoon Dong Sik:

After a few tentative--almost nervous--feints, Sakuraba lands a few hard left crosses and Donger goes down. Sak seizes the opportunity and nails him with 5 or 6 smashing left hands while Yoon is facefirst on the canvas. After maybe a minute's action, Sakuraba crushes him and moves on to the next round!!!!!

It's gonna be tape delay here, but I am getting some pirated feed from either Japanese or Korean uploaders!  :5000:

Next up....Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs Shogun!

Wow....that was quick. Shogun came out charging from the get-go. He bombarded Quinton with knees, kicks and punches. Quinton took a ton of punishment and might have broken a rib. He took headshot after headshot, but the knees to the body, especially the ribs, wore him down and he finally dropped. He looked totally dead tired after just a few minutes.

I've never seen him dominated like that. He was staggered and rattled from the first few shots that Shogun threw AND Shogun even outmuscled him!!!!!

Who still thinks that Shogun is overrated now that he beat down and overpowered Rampage in a quick one sided fight.

In fact that was no fight, that was a public molesting, completely one sided and if Shogun can do that to the #2 middleweight in the world then more then he has a good shot at taking home the MW GP title this year.

Shogun picked up a new fan last nite and I hope he wins it all.

Silva very unimpressive against Yoshida, not much of a fight at all, mostly just rolling around changing positions.

    Holy CRAP.....Overeem submitted Vitor with a beautiful guillotine!!! :shaneUD12Oscar: :shaneUD12Oscar: :shaneUD12Oscar:

I heard that Vitor left BTT prior to this, so I thought he might not have trained enough for this. He looked rather lethargic and he lacked an effective gameplan, falling into the guard and doing little other than a couple of triangle attempts....and considering how long he spent in the guard, it didn't seem like he had much of an idea for working Overeem in it.

Overeem almost KO'd Vitor on his feet! :shaneUD12Oscar:

Rogerio "Mini-Minitauro" Nogueira submitted Dan Henderson after a nice battle that saw both guys hurt...but Henderson more noticeably. Rogerio had a serious bleeding nose that might be broken, but the armbar that he slapped onto Henderson was SWEET!!!

    Textbook actually!

Well, Silva won it, but he might have lost the first round...in fact, I think he BARELY won the 1st. The leg kicks and striking from the top position into Yoshida's guard earned him this victory....but I bet Yoshida wishes he had more time to work in that guillotine. It didn't matter though because Vanderlei had his arm in. The choke wasn't totally cinched in and Vanderlei could still breathe...which defeats the point of a guillotine. Perhaps Yoshida thought his bodyweight would make it more effective.

I dunno...but did anybody notice the montage of Kevin Randleman clips? They showed a clip of him suplexing Fedor, and then they showed a monkey screaming....then a clip of him knocking out Crocop, and then the same monkey was shown screaming again.

Not too pretty or subtle about the comparison there. Very ignorant and stereotypical towards Randleman as well.

Igor laid quite a beating on Yuki Kondo. Kondo started off well enough and might have edged the first round...but it was all Igor in the second and third. Igor just HAMMERED him with shots and Kondo was lucky to survive. I mean he POUNDED the shit out of his face. That type of beating destroys a person's confidence.

Buddy, his nickname is 'Donkey Kong' and he loves it. You need to be aware of these kinds of things, before crying about them.

PS: Why is it a shocker that Overeem not only beat Belfort, but nearly KOed him standing? Alistair is MUCH better than Belfort is, standing. They're not even close, IMO. If Belfort even held his own, THATS whats suprising.

Hey Buddy, did you actually watch the Rampage fight? You failed to mention "something" was wrong with his ribs or with him altogether. Has it been confirmed what was actually troubling him? No doubt this injury had an effect on the fight. It was unknown whether it was something prior to the fight, or actually damage done TO him.
