Mayhem had Trigg's back, and went for a RNC....for the first time in Twinkle Toe's career, he escaped it..... I'm pretty shocked Trigg beat him....Maybe I held Mayhem in too high regard.....
was the fight good, and if you've seen the whole event, How was halfman half amazing. Heard he was mostly shooting for takedowns, and not boxing, wich almost got him subbed. Glad to see he's still a complete numbfuck
nah, I havent seen it, but I havent really looked much either...ICON events are HARD AS FUCK to come by....I can hardly ever find them..... Yeah, I heard Williams was the one who initiated the takedown, but couldnt do shit when he got there......obviously, we've read pretty much the same shit, so its not knews to you, but others may want to know that Williams escaped an armbar attempt.....I'm not sure how much trouble he was in, though
This is great! Mayhem had been talked about like he was a top ten fighter at middleweight, mostly because he's done some pretty funny interviews and has 30,000 friends on Myspace. Not too surprising, seeing as he went life and death with Robby Lawler last time out.
I'm very surprised Trigg stopped him.....He survived against GSP, and beat Dennis Kang, albeit at 170, but that still means you can handle yourself
I'm surprised too. I thought he would sub Trigg rather easily, but that has more to do with what I think of Trigg. I don't put too much stock into the Kang win. Kang was a bum until he joined up with American Top Team. Miller is definitely a solid fighter with some potential and has a lot more to offer as an attraction in Hawaii, but he'll never be a top guy. He was getting way too much hype. I actually like him, but can't stand Mayhem's Monkeys, or whatever the fuck they're called.
