Was hoping Wand Silva would've taken on Rogerio Noguira instead of Henderson. Bit of fluff on this card but it might turn out better than it seems.

On paper it's better than that first garbage card they did in the US.

 

4 fights, 3 upsets :2: I can't believe Rogerio just got laid the fuck out.

 

I don't know much about MMA but I know enough to know that the last KO was quite an upset.fdgdssddw

I wonder if this will quiet some of the Pride nuthuggers who claim Pride is so much better then UFC. Wandy gets KO'd again, Little Nog gets beat by some Ham and Egger, UFC reject Nick Diaz beats Gomi.

I could care less about the stupid organization arguments (about who has better fighters). What I care about is great fights and tonight's Pride was very damn good. :2: Where as the last UFC event sucked.

Yep that was a very very high quality event. Pride gained a new fan last night. I wasn't much into it but last night I remembered how good these show can be. :2:

yer but he looked like hit by a train after it... Gomi knocked him down and cut his face to a pulp before running out of gas and than being picked apart by Diaz' better stand up game and jab...

Diaz also looked like two heads bigger than Gomi... actually i seen my wager gone, before the fight started - too bad i didnt see Gomi before i just figured, Diaz sucks enuff .

Silva is not the same anymore i'm afraid. that brutal loss to Crocop is still bothered him imo - add in the too short break and there u go... Chuck wud have killed him... Sum months ago i wud have made Silve the favorite...

 

He was rather slow compared to Henderson too, that really complicated things for him. As for Gomi, he seemed gassed after trying to knock Diaz out and he never seemed to really regain his breath.

 

Can you explain these bets for me, I want to bet $20 on Chris Lytle, what does the 5.00 price mean?

The $5.00 means for every dollar you bet on Lytle you get that amount back (at least from what I can see when you use the modifier bar on the right side). It seems to be giving back $5.25 though.

Nick "Angry Guy" Diaz outslicked Gomi with a nice gogoplata. I'm a big fan of Gomi but I take my hat off to Diaz! (My boy Parisyan still taxed that ass though!) B)
