Jones shut out 6'2, 230lbs John Ruiz with greatest of ease. How would he have fared against another paper titlist from the past? Tucker in his prime was 6'5 and 220lbs. He was bigger puncher compare to Ruiz and wouldn't have given up after one left hook but would that be enough to overcome Jones?

Tucker knows how to fight and doesn't rely on the clinch to win. Therefore, regardless of the referee, Tucker connects at least once, and puts RJJ on his back.

I'd also pick Tucker to beat Ruiz.

If Nady had reffed Jones-Tarver I, there wouldn't have been any need for a rematch. Look at what Tarver was allowed to do against Jones with what Ruiz was allowed to do against Jones.
