It's from Saturday Night Live's "Sprockets" sketches.

At the end of the show they would say "Now is time on Sprockets when we dance" and they would play some weird ass music and do some fucked up dancing.You'd have to see it.

I made it "Ven Vee Dance" as the skits were spoofs of an East German TV show.
