Watson a guy who fought in an era with 20+ rounds, same day weigh-ins, and soundly beat Bronx legend Fidel LaBarba.

Hamed did a monkey flip over the top rope in over a dozen championship fights, and even flew into the ring on a flying carpet.

    Who wins? :dunno:

You forget to mention that LaBarba had recently lost an eye, and that he was two weeks away from retirement.

Hamed by KO or Wayne-McCullough-like beating. Watson had a tendency to let his opponents back into fights he should be winning and rely too heavily on his power when he needed more to win rounds.

Watson wasn't a power puncher boxrec ranger. He was a swarmer and accumulation fighter.

He would befuddle Haveeb's defenses and send him to the canvas though, probably more times than Kevin Kelley did.

I didn't say he was a power puncher; I implied that he took rounds off.

You can take rounds off when you fight 20 round fights. Do you think Haveeb could fight 20 rounds? :dunno:

So basically you can't explain how Haveeb can go 20 rounds? I thought so.

Watson never fought a 20-round fight, you idiot! 20-round fights were phased out in Europe after the Walker Law of 1920 in New York, when World Championships in America (outside of Detroit and a few other places) were fought at 15 rounds or less.

The sad part is that the ownage began on another thread:

How high do you Rank Eusebio Pedroza on the all-time featherweight list?

    Tam-Tam posted his list:
And Alabama_Man basically copied it, switched some of the names around, and added in Pacquiao and Barrera:
The telling point is that he ranked Kid Chocolate so high, so I called him on it:
It took awhile to get him to actually talk about the subject:
    He wasn't really interested:
He didn't seem to want to discuss the topic at all:
    Finally, he did:
    I laughed:
He responded by starting this topic. Pathetic, huh?
I can't believe you're still posting on this thread.

See, he keeps changing the subject like this:
Most of the posters I target are people who are full of shit, but act like they aren't. I do the same with Slystaff and a few others. Eventually, it gets quite pathetic.
