Floyd won't gain any weight over night, he is too nervous and pumped for the fight. Oscar won't gain that much either so he won't lose any quickness.

If I'm not mistaken, Floyd was at 150 last Saturday at the 7-day check-in (Oscar was 158).

Oscar De La Hoya and Floyd Mayweather Jr. made weight on the first try Friday afternoon for their super fight on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. An estimated six-thousand fans were on hand to watch "The Golden Boy" and "The Pretty Boy" hit the scale, while thousands more were turned away when the doors were locked. Floyd came out first and weighed 150. Oscar then entered and weighed in at 154. The fighters then faced off for photographers without incident. Both looked extremely fit.

Floyd has a pencil neck. He has clearly been not working out his neck. His body looks stockier, but his neck looks thin. That is a bad thing. That is like having your head on a tee.
