What exactly is it that you're expecting someone to say to that?
Fine, I'll bite. Floyd din't control anything. He simply ran the whole time and landed no clean punches.

I'll put it this way...If Floyd controlled nothing then DLH is the worst finisher in the history of boxing...well, maybe not worse than "Chop Chop" Corley, but pretty bad. He has a man frequently on the ropes, he throws lots of punches, he wasn't hit cleanly, and yet the fight went the distance, AND there are many people who thought he clearly lost the fight.

Somehow, I think Mayweather was doing SOMETHING, like landing some punches and making DLH miss many, but that's not the case, based on the line above.

    It's a conspiracy I tells ya :stir:

He got caught one time against an undefeated former Olympian, and came back from adversity to kick his fucking ass.

    How is that garbage? :dunno:

Garbage is Dela Joto swinging wild punches and expecting to win a fight.

how is Oscar my boy? cause I don't bow down to floyd like you?

I don't like Oscar and I picked Floyd to beat him soundly. did you skip that on the prediction thread?:dunno:

but tonight's fight was anything but impressive. Floyd did what he was suposed to but could have done better. Oscar pressed the action and Floyd slaped his way to a victory.

Floyd is suposed to be better than ray leonard right? why are you scared to critize his boring performance?:dunno:

and nobody is talking about marquez but you, so who is obsessed with who? you don't see him or the one trick pony on may sig

why are u trying to reason with cupey, he still believes tito would win a rematch with bernard hopkins, because he lost the first fight because he was distracted by 911

Stewart is a great trainer and a great shill. He moves which way the wind does. At one point when Oscar had a good round according to stewart Floyd is just a good fighter and then when Floyd is cleaning Oscar's clock, he is the most elusive fighter who will be on top of his game for a long time.Which is it Manny? And Lampley is just plain stupid.

De La Hoya never could get to Floyd without being outgunned and when he stopped gunning he got hit more.

the fight wasn't bad but I expected more from Floyd. Oscar is past his prime all he could do was come forward and press the action. That was part of what made it exciting at times.

Floyd never took risks and I thought he could and should have. Especially when Oscar showed signs of fatigue which he always does.

You're still a boxing laymen, every major card I always have some quotable dumb shit from you, and you act like you didn't say it. Then you have the audacity to call someone stupid when it comes to boxing. That's some funny shit LATIN QUEER.

I never said Floyd is better than Leonard, but Mayweather is definitely one of the top fighters of our generation.

If outgunned means getting your clocked cleaned against the ropes, then Yes Oscar was outgunned.

    Oscar won 2,4,7,12

3,6,8 were close. You could have scored this for DLH. More than 7-5 Floyd I will not allow :nono: A draw could have worked too :stir:

A case can be made that Castillo won the 1st Floyd fight. However, theres NO case that can be made that Oscar won tonight. NONE! Floyd beat him clearly 8-4. Or 7-5 if you wanna be VERY generous to Hoya.

They did chant "BULLSHIT,BULLSHIT" for about a minute afterwards. I remember this used to be an excuse why certain fighters should have lost in the day.....

because your a fucking liar. I said someone in top rank compared solis to JMM. I had never seen him and I said if he was anything like JMM he would school him. He wasn't so he didn't.

you try to say that I predicted solis to school him and I never did. your full of shit. :nono:

as far as Floyd yes he is a damn good fighter. and I never said you said he was better than leonard. HE said he was better than all them fighters. probelm is he didn't show it against a past his prime old OScar.

I like Floyd but I won't overrate the guy or this win.

    Holy shit :

    Oscar, Floyd Controversy!
The official Nevada master scorecard lists Oscar De La Hoya as fighting out of the blue corner, and Floyd Mayweather fighting out of the red corner. In reality, it was De La Hoya fighting out of the red corner and Mayweather out of the blue corner. Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer is currently investigating whether the scores were recorded accurately.

That would be a black eye for boxing.... For real...
