Forgive me for the blasphemy here but I honestly think Shane has a chance in this fight. He was just as strong and just as tough as Duran and the hand speed is probably equal, but I think Shane is better with the combos. It always amazes me whenever I see this MM that Shane never once is given even a semi-chance.
Agreed. Mosley's quick and sharp combinations would be very difficult for a face-first clinchmaster like Duran.
Mosley has quicker hands than Duran. I don't know about better combos though. Mosley may have those rapid-fire combos, but Duran was so good at mixing his combos from body to head with accuracy. His skills are also more refined. He was such a clever fighter who was difficult to tag cleanly. I agree that Mosley has a chance, but I make him the underdog. A live one, but an underdog nonetheless.
Yeah, Mosley is quicker and can beat Duran....from the outside. When have you ever seen Mosley do this? I can't remember. Duran would have Mosley brawling excitedly and then he'd brutally stop him. Duran, piece of piss.
Agreed. Mosley still beats Duran 10 out of 10 times. It would be difficult though because Duran was a particularlly vicious homosexual.
