Ok spain, i havent been there, but ive been to London a couple times, Warsaw, Poland...I beento Germany a couple times..Halle/Salle Germany, somewhere else in Germany but I dont remember the city, Dublin, Ireland... Kiev and Odessa in the Ukraine... these places in Europe were ok, they're not places I would go to with my family for vacation or anything...but loved the experiences!! especially the woman!! I loved ya'll women!! I made sure I experienced the women after my fights...they were all cool!!

Yea sparring is a great way to lose weight, but I am coming down from weighing 177lbs and my fighting weight was 122 lbs...So I have to lose my weight first only because of hurting someone or getting hurt..say if i come in at 177 and try to spar, i would be boxing someone like a Roy Jones, Chad Dawson, Antonio Tarver...when i really should be boxing someone like manny paquiou, barrera, marquez.....but i cant box those guys either because they wouldnt want to get hit with a right hand from a guy that weighs 177...and the same for me with boxing heavier guys with a bigger punch that my chin isnt supposed to be taking!!!!!!!! I hope this breaks down why I havent started to box yet for all the people who are wondering why i havent.

But it will soon come, I will start in 2 weeks, my weight should be down in the 130's by then and will begin boxing...I train for 3 hours straight at the gym, think I am a lie, ask around or come witness it...the weight is coming off at a good pace. I really really really really really look forward to sparring, its coming up on 6 years since a guy has thrown a punch at me. *Plus Ricky Hatton is training at my gym now, I would have loved to spar him if he was close to his fighting weight and i was down to mines.*

I hear ya. Your a skilled fighter and I'm not, I was 155 or so and my coach loved to put me in with bigger guys all the time. I had a habit of walking thru what was thrown instead of using any kind of head movement or defense, no big deal with guys my size or a bit smaller but not the same vs the bigger guys so it was move your head or get rocked lol, but it helped me work on head movement and D and the heavyweights work on speed instead of power cause they would have to try to catch me so they had to use footwork and handspeed cause I was using every last inch of that ring lol.

!!!!!!!!!!!! so u know first hand like I do, i remember a time when I was an amateur maybe back in 1996, I fought at light flyweight 106 lbs and my coach had me boxing a pro that fought at 160 somthing, he didnt really hurt me, but that was unnecessary wear and tear on a fighters chin and ribs...but he could have really hurt me easily!!!

Are you saying Ricky doesn't look close to 140 right now? How is he looking in the gym? Thanks for any info you can give.

He's looking real sharp, he looks the same in his training videos to me, their routine is the same from the clips ive seen, i really cant tell if hes down to weight though.
