i was 165 2 months ago, now im in the 140's and hope to hit the 130's by the begining of July, I hope to fight at 126 or 130..
Your frame looks big for 130,Or maybe the camera is just deceiving. Any tips on losing that final 5-10 lbs. Have u any fight dates in mind yet.
Great work!!! It's amazing how much weight you're droping. Stay in the gym. Your foot work is looking good also. Remember 30min on the rope at least.
nah it must be the camera, i have about 15-20 more pounds to go, the final depends on how to close tothe lowest weight the fighter is, I dont kill myself to make a certain weight, when it gets like that it is time to move up a class, losing weight that your body dont have to lose is very unhealthy.
Losing all that weight won't drain/dehydrate you?? You better stay in the gym all year long. Learn from Bernard Hopkins...
nah it isnt bothering me, im only losing like 2 or 3 a day sometimes, theres no super-rush on me losing mines, it will come off on its on...some fighters lose 40 in a week and crazy stuff like that!! If I do feel dehydrated I get the proper amount of fluids back in my body asap, but out here in Vegas its easy for anyone to get dehydrated...oh yea, im in the gym 4ever, no resting from here on out, i rested enough in the last 6 years..I rested enough for a lifetime.
i will eventually be up to 30 mins, now I do 10-15 at the gym, and some rope sprints in my garage at home!! Thanks for the compliment...
Not to be hard on you, I just don't want you to have the same problems castillo and corrales have had.
Oh no, I totally understand....I'm an all around smart fighter, I think fighters that stay in a weight class killing themselves are scared tomove up for some apparent reason(s)!!
Good stuff, Hey Mr Tucker how tall are you? Maybe you can fight Cotto @147 since you say he does have a very bad chin:crafty: J/K good work man.
Im 5'5...Hopefully Cotto will be on top in a few years when I will be..then I would love to beat em!!
