I think people are misinterpreting the (potential) court ruling. Kevin Iole reported the very same thing as FightNews, the difference being that FightNews probably worded it wrong. Big shock - but they're known for quantity, not quality. Judd Burstein, a lawyer representing Corrales' estate, is attempting to have Castillo's purse on Saturday placed in escrow pending the resolution of the lawsuit.
Iole's article was written last night and posted this morning. FightNews' blurb was written and posted this morning. It's possible that FN jumped the gun, but Rafael is making it seem like there's no such story. I believe Iole's version, that something is pending.

I've already stated my case on this - Shaw was dead wrong last year to even file this lawsuit, and more so for continuing with it. It's ambulance chasing at its worst. What more would you like me to say on the matter?
