Mayweather is a fairly big junior welterweight, he was Paul Williams for 130, with the apparent added muscle to his 5"10 frame by venturing up to 154, I'd sincerely say he can't make 140 anymore.

Two things:

1. Hatton fought dumb against Collazo and didn't make weight safely.

2. Collazo is a fast lefty, and tall and pretty underrated in terms of power and jaw.

Hatton, for me, has already brought at least SOME form up to 147.

And, Cotto, in terms of build, stance and style, is made to order. In fact, they both are made for each other.

I see NO reason NOT to make this fight.

If Gayweather isn't interested, and Shane is floating BTW 147 and 154, then COTTO.
