By the time the WBC is through, Floyd will be the next Henry Armstrong and he won't even have to participate in another fight.

    God bless Jose Sulaimon! :bears:

False, Floyd won a clear decision. He had no bussiness at 154 anyways so he went back to 147.

what was really rediculous was Floyd crying when he announced his retirement. That shit was pathetic.

well since it was a split decision, i can see double l arguing that oscar was robbed.

Assuming that DLH is an abbreviation of "De La Hoya", which fighter named Floyd did Oscar ever beat?

Must've been some amateur fight that I don't know about...

Make up your mind L. Who did you score it for?

As long as everyone on the board is aware that you think Carlos Baldomir would beat the shit out of Jake LaMotta & Sugar Ray Robinson , everything is just fine.

What seven rounds could you give to Oscar in that fight?

Floyd won at least the following:

    1,5,8,9,10,11

IMO he controlled the 12th also until Oscar flurried with him in the final 30 seconds....and the 3rd looked to be his also.

But he won at LEAST 6 rounds. No way you could GIVE Oscar 7 rounds.

Floyd is still the Champion Emeritus at 154.

You would think that the WBC would have learned their lession with the Maskaev-Klitschko-Peter fiasco.

I had it the exact same way.

One must remember, one judge saw it for DLH, so CYC saying he scored it 7-5 for Oscar isn't crazy by any means.:nono:

thats great logic, I guess since judges saw the Demetrius Hopkins/Steve Forbes fight 120-108 for Hopkins, then someone who scored it that way is justified.

Or How bout the judge that scored Augustus-Burton 99-90 for Burton, anyone with that score is justified now too.

And lets not forget the immortal 118-110 score in Leonard Hagler, I guess Leonard did win 10 rounds to 2...etc.

    stupid point

    Very stupid indeed.

Anyone who didn't see it as a clear victory for Mayweather (scored it as you please) IS stupid or blind. Period.
